Before we begin

These are starting figures, not a binding quote. Your proposal confirms deliverables, tax treatment, third-party costs, timing and the ongoing arrangement.

Packages do not automatically include every service or integration. Specialist functionality, commerce, larger campaigns and new identities are scoped separately. Ongoing care runs on a twelve-month plan.

What if I don’t know which package fits?

Choose ‘Let’s work it out together’ in the introduction. We can start with your business and what you want to change.

Do I keep ownership and access?

Your website, domain and brand materials remain yours, subject to agreed third-party licences. Your proposal confirms responsibilities, appropriate access, documentation and handover.

Can you connect booking or ordering?

Agreed third-party systems can be scoped into a build. Hluma’s own booking and ordering platforms remain research in Labs.

What happens after launch?

We ask what has changed each month, make agreed updates after your approval and provide a useful report. Scope and cadence are set in the proposal.

How long does a build take?

Foundation usually takes one to two weeks, Growth three to four, and Group six to eight. Your proposal confirms the timeline.

What does monthly care actually include?

Hosting, security, backups and the agreed updates each month. On Growth and Group, a Pulse report with clear recommendations as well. Larger requests are scoped with you first.
