Hosting, security updates, minor content changes (up to 2 hours/month), uptime monitoring, and basic support. Think of it as worry-free website maintenance.

How long does a website take to build?

Starter sites: 2 weeks. Growth sites: 3-4 weeks. Enterprise: depends on scope. We'll give you an exact timeline after our discovery call.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We offer 50% upfront, 50% on completion. For Enterprise projects, we can discuss milestone-based payments.

What if I need changes after launch?

Minor changes are included in your monthly fee. Larger updates are billed at R500/hour. We'll always quote before we start.

Do you work with businesses outside KZN?

Absolutely. We're based in Durban but work with SA businesses nationwide. Everything is done remotely — video calls, WhatsApp, email.

I already have a website. Can you redesign it?

Yes. Redesigns follow the same pricing structure. We'll migrate your content and improve on what you already have.
